Observational skills can provide us with powerful information to help us understand and navigate our actions, performance, behavior and adjust accordingly. Feedback is essential for developing competence and confidence. But how do we bring it all together to ensure it is part of our daily practices? During this training, we will discuss how to take feedback reports such as classroom observations or Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS®) Observation to set goals for improvement. In addition, we will review best practices in classroom interactions that will make the biggest impact.
