What is your definition of being calm and how have you been conditioned to respond to traumatic events? It all starts in early childhood. In this session we are going to look at the physiological impacts of trauma and how unresolved trauma has impacted our society as a whole. We will also explore how we can help resolve that trauma in a healthy way by becoming an example of how to respond, manage and teach others by using calming techniques and activities.
