The presenter will introduce and model hands-on activities and routines teachers can implement on a daily or weekly bases to make mathematics meaningful for young learners. These learning tasks encourage children to practice key numeracy and other mathematical skills on an on-going basis to facilitate conceptual understanding and mastery. Participants will have time to make these activities for immediate implementation in their classroom.
