This Human Resources Leadership and Development course, Attracting, Recruiting, and Retaining Quality Staff will teach participants strategies to immediately implement, such as the importance of vision and mission statements, interviewing techniques, employee acknowledgment and relationships, and professional development support for attracting and recruiting quality staff.
