Our workforce is shrinking rapidly in early childhood. What can we do about it? In this session we will explore what we know about each generation and what role(s) they play in our current ECE Workforce. We will also take a look at the characteristics most ECE Educators have in common. As we build our understanding around our generational differences, we will explore the best ways to build bridges, in order to continue to build our ECE Workforce and plan for future leadership.
