Matthew A. Martin, M.Ed., a graduate of Huntington University (IN), has spent 30 years as an educator. He has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, administrator and basketball coach. Matt was named 2008 Avon Community School Corporation Teacher of the Year. In 2015, he served as the director of the Minds-in-Motion Center in Carmel, Indiana. He currently serves Minds-in-Motion as their Chief Training Officer and is the director of Kids 360° Early Learning Academy, a first-of-its-kind, movement based preschool.

Matt is extremely passionate about movement and brain research and its impact on teaching, learning and child development. Over the years, he has shared his passion and expertise by leading many professional development workshops at the building, district and university levels. He is also the co-author with Candace Meyer of the Minds-in-Motion Handbook for Middle School and High School Students.
