Marnnie Francisco is a dynamic professional with a proven track record in childcare, recruitment, and education. With a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College, Marnnie combines deep academic knowledge with extensive hands-on experience in the field.

Over the years, Marnnie has excelled in roles such as Senior Regional Recruiter at Child Care Careers, where she developed and taught new hires with essential skills in child development, classroom management, health and safety, and communication with diverse families.

Marnnie's experience spans supervisory and teaching roles, including Child Welfare Supervisor at Talent Wave, Early Childhood Teacher at Los Angeles Unified School District, and Early Head Start Teacher at Plaza de la Raza Child Development Inc. She began her career as a Teacher Aide at The Disney Children’s Center, part of the Walt Disney Company.
