When does the conference start?
Thursday, May 1, 2025 @ 4pm PST.
If I register as a “conference attendee” does that also include the “Curriculum Training”?
Unfortunately, no. If you would like to attend both events, select both items under the “Register Today” tab, and then hit the “Continue” button. Registrations are limited, so grab your spot today!
What is included with the “Curriculum Training”?
The curriculum training explores each program component and brings learning to life! This interactive training covers daily lessons for social-emotional growth with Conscious Discipline® and hands-on activities across all key domains. Choose from Pre-K or Preschool curriculum training.
How can I show my employer the value of attending the Cruising the Country 2025 conference?

What is the Refund Policy?
Due to capacity limitations and venue imposed deadlines, Frog Street will not be offering refunds of any kind for the Cruising the Country event. Full details regarding Cruising the Country terms and conditions can be found HERE.
Will my information be shared?
Yes, your contact information may be shared with event sponsors and partners to keep you informed about related products, services, and opportunities. You can manage your preferences through the registration form by opting out or emailing us at CTC25@frogstreet.com.
Can someone else take my place if I cannot attend?
Absolutely! Simply log into your registration portal and modify your registration by updating the information with the new attendee's info and email address.
What information is needed when submitting a PO?
Please make sure to include attendees' names and reference ID numbers when creating POs. POs should be emailed to CTC25@frogstreet.com with the Subject line: “PO for Frog Street Cruising the Country + your organization name.”
I need to pay with a PO or check what information should I know?
Please send your check to:

POs will need to be sent to CTC25@frogstreet.com
If you are paying with a PO or a check, they need to be received within 30 days of beginning your registration, or your registration may be canceled due to non-payment.
What group registration option should I choose?
Group Registration:
Choose Group Registration if you prefer each attendee to register independently. Each person will enter their own information and create a personal password for access. This is recommended for larger group registrations.
Add Another Person:
With Add Another Person, you’ll enter and manage all attendee details yourself. If an attendee needs to make changes to their registration later, they can log in using their own email address and the primary registrant’s password. This is recommended for smaller group registrations.
Is my hotel included with my registration?
Unfortunately, no. Frog Street has negotiated a discounted room rate ($309 + taxes) via the Cruising the Country room block. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email with the hotel booking information for you to secure your room. Registration MUST be confirmed prior to the passkey being released. The hotel blocks have not been released yet but will be opened soon and emails with the passkey links will be sent to confirmed registrants.
Will I need cash or a credit card while attending the event?
Not necessarily, but it’s a great idea to have both just in case you want to purchase something while onsite to give yourself a little treat.
What is the hotel temperature like?
Hotels are notoriously cold; therefore, we recommend you bring a light sweater or jacket in case some of the rooms are a bit too cold. We’ll also have an designated charging area where you can step out to move around, check email, make a quick call, etc.
Any other perks I should be aware of?
Yes! Special thanks to The Monterey Chamber of Commerce, we are proud to offer local area discounts through their “Flash Your Badge” program. While we are still working through all of these details, know that area attraction discounts are coming and we’ll have more to share soon. We recommend having your family join you at the end of the conference and stay through the weekend for a fun family get-a-way!
