Where is registration located?
Registration will be located in Texas Pre-Function located in the convention center.
Where will sessions be held?
All sessions will be held in the Gaylord Texan Convention Center.
Is there wifi available to attendees?
Hotel guests will be able to access the wifi associated with their room. Unfortunately, we do not have wifi for our general attendees in the meeting space.
Where can I purchase food and drinks?
There are several options available in the Gaylord. You can find a complete list of restaurants here: www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/dalgt-gaylord-texan-resort-and-convention-center/dining/
Do you validate parking?
We do not validate parking, however we have negotiated a discounted parking rate for our attendees of $14 per day.
Where can I pick up my discounted parking pass?
You can pick up your parking pass at registration or the help desk. You will be provided a sticker that you will need to place on your parking ticket you received when you entered the parking garage. Place the sticker over the barcode and scan at the gate upon departure to receive the discounted parking rate.
Do I need to wear my badge the whole event?
Yes, your badge has all of your sessions, room names / numbers, and raffle tickets attached to it. You will be denied access to sessions, keynotes, and our exhibitor floor if you do not have your badge. If you misplace your badge, a $50 reprint fee will apply.
Where is the Mother's room located?
The Mother's Room is located stage right in the Texas Ballroom. Please see a Frog Street employee if you need assistance locating the Mother's Room.
Can I exchange my t-shirt for a different size?
Yes! You will be able to exchange your shirt for a different size on Friday afternoon in the Exhibit Hall, Longhorn F.
How will I receive my certificate with my Professional Development hours?
In preparation for offering CEU's in 2025, all certificates will be distributed digitally after Splash. You will receive an email with your certificate to the email address provided when you registered.
Is there a shuttle from the airport to the hotel or Gaylord Convention Center?
No, please plan to use Uber, Lyft, or Taxi.
Will there be a place to store my luggage?
Upon arrival, you may store your luggage the the hotel bell desk. We will have a luggage check on Saturday morning outside of Texan Ballroom.
Is my hotel included with my registration?
No. Frog Street has negotiated a discounted room rate via the Splash room block. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email with the hotel booking information for you to secure your room. Registration MUST be confirmed prior to the passkey being released. Please reach out to support@frogstreet.com if you need a link to our passkey to book your room.
What are the hotel check-in and check out times?
Check-in is 4pm CDT
Check-out is 11am CDT
If you would like to request early check-in or late check-out, please contact the hotel directly.
I registered for the Full Conference Pass, does that include the Pre-Conference Training, Make & Take or Leadership Symposium?
No, it does not. You have the option to add on the Curriculum Training, Make & Take or Leadership Symposium for an additional fee. To add these to your registration, please log in and modify your selections.
Can I change my sessions?
Yes! You an utilize the app or log into your registration to change your session selection at any point. Please ensure you have registered for your desired sessions. Attendees who have not registered for specific sessions will be asked to wait until all registered attendees have checked in. If there are seats remaining, you will be allowed to join. If a session is full, you will be denied access.
I haven't selected any sessions, can I choose them when I arrive?
Yes! You an utilize the app or log into your registration utilizing the "sign in" tab on this website to select your sessions at any point. Please ensure you have registered for your desired sessions. Attendees who have not registered for specific sessions will be asked to wait until all registered attendees have checked in. If there are seats remaining, you will be allowed to join. If a session is full, you will be denied access. We strongly encourage you to select you sessions ahead of time.
How can I download the Splash app?
I am no longer able to attend Splash, what are my refund options?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund. We can, however, offer a credit for future Frog Street events. Please contact support@frogstreet.com for assistance.
I'm taking the place of another registrant, how do I get my badge onsite?
Please visit the help desk for assistance to transfer the registration.

I have dietary restrictions, how can I ensure I have a meal?
We have done our absolute best to accommodate as many dietary restrictions as possible. All food is labeled with ingredients for your convenience. For attendees with allergies, please notify a Frog Street employee or Gaylord waitstaff to request a special meal. A list of allergies has been provided to the food and beverage team to ensure we can accommodate attendees who indicated this need during their registration.
What is the dress code for Splash?
The dress code is casual. This event is all about you, so please come dressed in whatever makes you comfortable. Costumes are encouraged for the Friday night awards dinner - we can't wait to see your creativity shine.
The Gaylord Texan and Convention Center is now a cashless property. What does that mean?
Don't worry, you don't need to download Zelle to send money to any overseas royalty 😉. The decision to go cashless by the Gaylord means that no cash will be accepted anywhere on the property, including restaurants. Please ensure you have a credit or debit card for any onsite purchases.
