What is included with the conference attendee registration?

  •  Kickoff Concert & Keynote Celebration (Thursday evening)
  • More 80 educational sessions and 4 keynotes during the regular conference (Friday and Saturday)
  • Lunch during the regular conference (Friday)
  • Exhibits, Reception, Celebration Dinner and Dancing with a live Fusion DJ (Friday)

When does the regular conference start?

Thursday, July 10th at 4pm CST.

If I register as a “conference attendee” does that include the pre-conference offerings?

Unfortunately, no. If you would like to attend both, select the “preconference add-on”under the “Choose Your Session” tab, and you can register for the preconference training for an additional cost. Early bird rates are limited to the first 300 registrants, so don’t delay, register today!

What is included with the pre-conference attendee registration?

A comprehensive training day focused on enhancing classroom implementation, STEAM integration, and leadership in early childhood education, with lunch provided. 

Key sessions include:

  • Curriculum Implementation Training & Make & Take: Hands-on training on Frog Street curriculum strategies, followed by a practical Make & Take session. (Choose Infant & Toddler, Preschool, or Prekindergarten)
  • STEAM (Ages 3-4): Explore engaging, hands-on STEAM activities that spark discovery and creativity in young learners.
  • Leading with Purpose: Develop leadership skills tailored for early childhood educators to foster confident, positive learning environments.

What is the Refund Policy?

Due to capacity limitations and venue imposed deadlines, Frog Street will not be offering refunds of any kind for Splash ‘25. Full details regarding Splash ‘25 terms and conditions can be found HERE.

Will my information be shared?

Yes, your contact information may be shared with event sponsors and partners to keep you informed about related products, services, and opportunities. You can manage your preferences through the registration form by opting out or emailing us at Splash25@frogstreet.com.

Can someone else take my place if I cannot attend?

Absolutely! Simply log into your registration portal and modify your registration by updating the information with the new attendee's info and email address.

What group registration option should I choose?

Group Registration:
Choose Group Registration if you prefer each attendee to register independently. Each person will enter their own information and create a personal password for access. This is recommended for larger group registrations.

Add Another Person:
With Add Another Person, you’ll enter and manage all attendee details yourself. If an attendee needs to make changes to their registration later, they can log in using their own email address and the primary registrant’s password. This is recommended for smaller group registrations.

Is my hotel included with my registration?

Unfortunately, no. Frog Street has negotiated a discounted room rate ($204 + taxes) via the Splash room block. Once your registration is confirmed and the hotel opens up the block, you will receive an email with the hotel booking information for you to secure your room. Registration MUST be confirmed prior to the passkey being released. The hotel blocks have not been released yet but will be opened soon and emails with the passkey links will be sent to confirmed registrants.

What information is needed when submitting a PO?

Please make sure to include attendees' names and reference ID numbers when creating Purchase Orders. POs should be emailed to splash25@frogstreet.com with the Subject line: “PO for Frog Street Splash ’25 + your organization name.”

I need to pay with a PO or check what information should I know?

If you are paying with a PO or a check, they need to be received within 30 days of beginning your registration, or your registration may be canceled due to non-payment.

Important: The Gaylord Texan Resort is a Cashless Property

Please note that the Gaylord Texan Resort is a cashless property. Cash is not accepted anywhere on-site, including at restaurants. Be sure to bring a credit or debit card for any purchases, including breakfast, snacks, and items from exhibitors and concession stands available throughout the event.

What is the hotel temperature like?

Hotels are notoriously cold; therefore, we recommend you bring a light sweater or jacket in case some of the rooms are a bit too cold. We’ll also have an external rest area where you can step out to warm up, check email, make a quick call, etc.

Any other perks I should be aware of?

Yes! Special thanks to The Gaylord Texan and the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce, we are proud to offer a free pass to Paradise Springs, the Gaylord’s water park, along with the “Flash Your Badge” program offering discounts at area restaurants, local attractions, wine tastings and more. We recommend having your family join you at the end of the conference and stay through the weekend for a fun family get-a-way!
