What is included with the Pre-Conference registration?
Our optional Pre-Conference, available as an add-on offers a full day of immersive training focused on your choice of curriculum implementation or a leadership workshop. Lunch is included. Please see the Pre-Conference page for more details.
Pre-Conference Sessions (Choose a Track)
Track 1: Choose One of the Following:
- Frog Street Curriculum Implementation + Make and Take
- Frog Street Curriculum Follow Up + Make and Take
- Early Literacy Strategies + Make and Take (this option does not require use of the Frog Street Curriculum)
Make and Take Descriptions: Participants will rotate through each session.

Session One: Jump aboard CELEBRATE’s Ship to Success with captivating classrooms creations with Sharon Burnett and Mary Jo Huff. Explore Captain’s richest teaching techniques with activities that will inspire joyful learning and strengthen skills through Singing, Reading, and Story Telling.

Session Two: Join mother-daughter duo Lynne Rhodes and Madison Tepera as you set sail on a journey through hands-on science experiments. You’ll experience a treasure chest full of engaging activities designed to spark curiosity in young learners all over the map. Leave with classroom-ready ideas and make-and-take treasures that will keep the spirit of discovery alive long after the voyage ends.
Track 2: Leadership Summit
- Strong leadership is the compass guiding early childhood programs to lasting success. In these sessions, leaders will connect, share experiences, and exchange innovative ideas that inspire purposeful, compassionate leadership. Through practical strategies, reflective tools, and outcome-driven approaches, participants will explore how to align curriculum, support educators, and use data to drive meaningful impact. Together, we’ll build a collaborative community of leaders equipped to confidently steer their programs toward thriving children, families, and educators.

How do I register for the Pre-Conference Add-On?
To attend, select the Pre-Conference or Pre Conference + Conference at the beginning of your registration when it asks you to choose a registration type.

Pirate Luncheon Add-On
What is the Pirate Luncheon?
Set sail for adventure at our Pirate Luncheon — a lively, themed experience you won’t want to miss! Enjoy live music with Stephen Fite, dive into inspiration during Dr. Treviño’s empowering session, “Finding the Treasure in You,” and take home your very own signed Pirate Book from the author herself. With festive pirate décor, themed food, and plenty of fun, this luncheon promises to be a high-seas celebration of learning, laughter, and discovery!
Is there a cost?
Yes, this is an add-on for $99 per person.
How do I register for the luncheon?
Select it during registration, or if you’ve already registered, you can add the luncheon online—but it cannot be added onsite.
General Conference
What is included with my general conference registration?
- Kickoff Concert on Thursday Night – EMCEE Stephen Fite & Special Musical Guest
- 4 Keynotes: Thursday – Harrison Chad & Josh Seiden, Friday - Dr. Adolph Brown, Saturday – Bari Koral and Edith Treviño
- 70 + engaging breakout sessions designed to inspire, educate, and transform your classroom practices!
- Exhibit Hall - Explore a wide variety of exhibitors showcasing the latest resources and innovations to inspire and elevate your early childhood classroom! The Exhibit Hall isn’t just filled with educational resources and materials—it also features T-shirts, sweatshirts, and other fun items. (Thursday evening – Saturday)
- Boxed Lunch on Friday
- Celebration Dinner and live music/dancing with Manhattan band on Friday night
- Continental breakfast on Saturday
- 2026 Pirate themed Splash Swag Bag, conference t-shirt, and special pirate themed gift.

What is the Refund Policy?
Please Note: Due to contractual obligations and advance commitments with our venue and vendors, we are unable to offer refunds for Splash 2026.
However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Simply email Splash26@frogstreet.com

Will my contact information be shared?
Yes, your information may be shared with event sponsors and partners. You can opt out via your registration form or email us at Splash26@frogstreet.com .
Can my significant other or children attend the celebration dinner and dance?
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all, this event is reserved for registered attendees only and is not open to children or guests.
Registration Options & Payment Information
I'm registering a group- which group registration option should I choose?
Group Registration (Recommended for large teams): Each attendee registers individually and manages their own account.
Add Another Person (Recommended for small teams): One person registers the entire group. Individual attendees may still log in later to make updates using the primary registrant’s email/password.
Is hotel accomodation included with registration?
No, hotel costs are separate. However, we will be booking a block of hotel rooms for a discounted rate - see your confirmation email after registration for booking link.
How do I submit a PO?
Please include all attendee names and reference ID numbers and email the PO to splash26@frogstreet.com with the subject line:
“PO for Frog Street Splash ’26 + [Your Organization Name]”
Important: All POs and checks must be received within 30 days of registration to avoid cancellation.

Venue & Lodging Details
Will the Gaylord Texan accept cash?
No. The Gaylord Texan Resort is a cashless property. All purchases must be made using a credit or debit card, including meals and exhibitor purchases.
What's the hotel temperature like?
Hotel meeting spaces can be chilly—please bring a light sweater or jacket.
What if rooms at the Gaylord are sold out?
There are several hotels in proximity:
- Courtyard by Marriott DFW North Grapevine
- Hilton Garden Inn Silverlake Crossings
Both offer:
- Complimentary shuttle to/from the Gaylord
- Free breakfast* for Splash attendees
(*Breakfast served at the connected TownePlace Suites, which includes a hot buffet and lighter options.)
